This feature, known as ActivePulse is a major reason why I prefer the Commercial 1250 to similar treadmills in this price range.

You can train on any terrain with the 12 inclined settings and three decline settings. The Commercial 1250 has 1.9-inch rollers, which are not as big as the ones on the Peloton Treadmill, but they will be adequate for most walkers and runners.
